How our design process works

If you website is commissioned to us, this is how the process works.

1. Introduction

   Clients contact us via phone, email, or online form. We analyse what your needs are and explain options which are available to you.

2. Branding

   We ask you to provide artwork which is relevant to your organisation, such as logos, letterheads, fonts and photos. This lets us understand how you wish to be viewed, and allows us to find the crucial starting point for the design.

3. Visuals

   A set of visual mock-ups are produced so you can see what ideas we've got planned for your site. These will be explained thoroughly and amendments can then be made according to what you think.

4. Development

   The coding of the site can now begin.

5. Publishing

   Once you are completely happy with the result, the mechanics of getting your site online need to be completed. Don't worry, you're not expected you to do a thing here. We register you a domain name, set up hosting servers and submit your site to the major search engines. We let you know as soon as your new site is fully operational.

6. Maintenance

   You are assigned a username and password which you can use to login to your website's control panel. Your control panel allows you to view statistics about who visited your site, and lets you make updates to your site's content in the future.
